Sunday morning at the BDA

Those who know me know (I hope) that I am a spiritual person. I have a deep appreciation for God’s creation and the marvels of the universe. BDA at sunrise is a good example. Even though I am not overly excited about the images, the experience was amazing. I arrived at about 6:10 to the pond to the south of the flight deck at BDA.

I decided not to set up on the deck and instead watch the proceedings from the west side of the pond. I am not sure that the shots were as good (who knows) but the majesty was amazing.

This is a blast off of Snow Geese. The reported numbers for this week were 40,000. It was amazing. This is but a small sample.

As the day dawned, the light improved and the locals started moving. The exodus looking for the best local corn begins.
